That was my first thought as well. Is Edie really that horrible that she would purposely set fire to a house where a child (ok teenager) lives? And is Edie really that jaded over losing Carl?
The first thing I thought of was Julie too. I wonder where she was as she was with Susan in the street at the end. I don't think Eide is that jaded with Carl I think that might be part of it, but I think Susan always seems to be in Edie's way some how (what would the show be w/o it though). The scene of them at the restaurant cracked me up.

Love Bree leaving Andrew out in the middle of nowhere. That was awesome. The look on his face!
Me too. All I could think of was good for her. That brat got what he deserved.

And what kind of moron charges dates with other women to their business account? Tom is an idiot. BUT, I don't remember him traveling at all with this new company. Does anyone else? I know it was a big thing with the old job, but I didn't think he traveled now. Is this a plot hole?
I don't remember him doing any traveling either. Seems as though Lynnete would have been the more likley one of the two to travel with her being above him and probably better at schmoozing with the clients and giving presentations.

The Applewhites were very intersting as well tonight. I think that Matthew is using Caleb as a scapegoat for that girl in Chicago. Very interesting that Betty locked him up and Caleb was waiting it the car.

I feel so bad for Garbrielle and Carlos as well with loosing the baby (watched last weeks right before this weeks). I'm inteseted to see how the surogacy works out.

I don't know the actor's name that plays Andrew, but he is so good. I have hated him so much at times, but I really felt sorry for him being dropped on the side of the road. I think that's a sign of good acting and I'm really impressed and find myself hoping to see more of him in the future.

Does anyone else feel like the plot moves so quickly at times? In just the last 3-5 episodes Gabrielle has tried to adopt, adopted, lost an adoption and begun a surrogacy. Tom has started working with the wife, worked there and lost the job. Bree has had a hateful relationship with Andrew, been working on a reconciliation and dumped him on the side of the road. I could go on with other things that are so quick and abrupt. I feel like they need to slow down sometimes and leave more breathing room before dramatically changing things. I suppose I shouldn't complain because it's better than things being too slow, but my head spins at times because I'm trying to keep up emotionally with all the changes. I'm still devastated over Gabrielle losing Lilly last week and I'm not ready for them to start surrogacy so soon!!

I can't believe Andrew....what a hateful child. Also, how old is he supposed to be? I guess I thought he was under 18 still.

Tom - I don't remember him traveling either. I do remember the comment to his father a long time ago about a "secret". What an idiot to charge to your business account...did he think he wouldn't get caught?

Edie - I cannot believe she set fire to Susan's house?! How scary, she may be capable of more damage than that. And where is Carl now anyway?

I cant believe I cried when Bree left Andrew on the side of the road. I know he deserved it and I know she needed to do it, but the look on his face when he knew she was leaving was horrible. And when she looked in the rearview mirror and he was standing there watching her drive away...SO SAD

Carlos and the housekeeper was hilarious!

I think Tom has another child from an affair. I really think that is what it is.

Susan gets on my nerves for some reason. I used to like her, but now she just irritates me.

I cant wait for next week!

Edie is nuts, plain and simple! And :cheer2: GO BREE GO! :cheer2: It was so sad to watch that scene with Andrew, but he got what he deserved. And just like a few others, the first thing I thought of when I saw the house on fire was Julie. Susan and Mike just need to get back together. Their back and forth banter is getting old.

What Bree did to Andrew is called Tough Love, it has to be done once in awhile in some families, be that as it may. ;) I guess it is time for Bree to have that "nevous breakdown" its a wonder she didn't have it by now. :confused3 As far as Tom, I think I heard his wife (?) say he was on a business trip a few weeks back, what an Idiot he is! Edie must KNOW it was Susan that burned her house down by accident before? A tit for a tat? :confused3

Last season Susan told Edie she burned down her house. It happened when her friend (can't remember name) was killed and Edie and Susan went to have a memorial for her. Susan told her then because she felt so guilty. Edie threw the ashes on Susan.

that was Mrs. Huber's ashes...they were on the lake having a memorial, and she threw Huber all over her! :rotfl2: I have had the impression Tom has another family (or at least a girlfriend/wife/kid) somewhere else. BUT, he would use his business expense account because he could not use personal accounts...it would show up at home and I'm sure Lynette would find out. So, I'm not shocked he was using "business account".....actually, he was smart NOT to use personal money. (well, except for cash! :teeth: )

I thought it was a little shocking that Carlos didn't need any...uh... materials for the babymaking thanks to the visuals of his naked maid. I have a feeling that's going to come back at him at some point, and Gaby's going to be furious. Or the maid gets attached to the baby.

I was also really glad to see that Bree finally cut ties with Andrew. I know it broke her heart, but it was the best thing to do for the both of them. And I'm glad the little slimeball finally realized he had pushed her too far.

Totally OT, sorry in advance, but I LOVE that picture of your twins. They are so cute :goodvibes

I'd think Gaby is took self-confident to allow a maid to make her jealous.

Not me, since she was so jealous of a nun! ;)

But anyway, where is ChristmasElf? I missed the last 2 episodes. I can't complain since I was in WDW though! :) I saw the recap for the week before last but I don't know what happened this past Sunday. Anyone care to give a recap?

I am glad to hear Julie was standing on the street at the end. I taped the episode, and I cut off the last couple of minutes :furious:
Is that how it ended, just them on the street watching the house burn down?

Sunday's episode should be good. I wonder how Lynette will react to her unfaithful husband and how will Susan react when she figures out who se ther house on fire?

Last week was great. I loved the look on that no good Andrew's face when Bree dumped him.
