If Dana is Zach, then how could he think he killed her, if he obviously knew about her and saw her. Where exactly did the blood he saw come from?

In his flashbacks all his saw was baby belongings and blood. The body inside the toy chest is that of an adult woman. The blanket was green and said Dana on it. He is conjecting the rest of it out of that.

The body of the woman is deirdra, the woman mike is looking for and I think Dana/Zach was really her child.
