Almost into the 60s! Can't wait! Bought our carryon luggage this weekend - wanted something light and on wheels that I could fit our camera/video camera and some toiletries in. Hopeing that this week I'll be able to snag that Crystal Palace ressie I've been looking for!

We usually can't count a trip to the supermarket without me ramming DH's ankles with the shopping cart. I swear, I don't know WHY the man stops in the middle of the aisle!!

Don't know if this will stir you up like it did me, but disneyworld.disney.go.com has now added "Walt Disney World Holiday Events 2010" as part of the 4 quick links on the front page.

I gotta tell ya, seeing Cinderella's Castle lit up like that makes me want to rip through my calendar and just get to December.

Hey everyone..

Thanks to everyone responded about my crazy night last night. I am happy to report that the Powerpoint presentation for that stupid class is done. Now, I'm waiting a few hours to post it. I've got 200 words left on my final paper and then I'm D-O-N-E with this class . Then I can celebrate by my week long break

I reserved haircuts for my girls at the MK ... woohoo! Last time we went it was so packed and not conducive to waiting with little ones. I didn't even know you could reserve that until I read it on these boards!

i think the ressies for the haircut are a great idea- it was always so packed in there, you had to wait forever- and with little ones, that doesn't work out too well.

I'm BA-A-CK!!! I am feeling much better. Yesterday I was so sore it felt like I'd been in a car wreck. From now until December, if I see old people in the grocery store I'm going to RUN in the other direction!!!

Wow, that was great! It's a Small World is my girls' favorite ride. My oldest will love to see that video when she gets home from school. I almost cried watching it!

I never saw that commercial before, but now I am so glad that I started putting my vacation in motion earlier this year. Just so that I can sit back and wait. Don't get me wrong. The waiting is driving me nuts . But I have my Candlelight Processional/Le Cellier show/dinner in place, my MVMCP arranged, other ADR's in place and a loose itinerary (I am the anti-Griswald once I get there).

So now, I just play the waiting game.....

I can't take it anymore... Why can't it be December yet?!?!?!

Wouldn't it be nice if they changed the song on the ride to reflect this a little? They should upgrade the song after all this time.

Even if they updated the ride, it would still get stuck in your head. The commercial is much shorter than the ride, so it doesn't bore its way into your head as bad.

okay, had to break out the kleenex on that one. I know, i'm a dope! I remember that one- i especially love it with the pirate ship, i am a huge Peter Pan fan.

you know we surprisingly rode the small world at DL twice because we loved all the newer stuff they had in there- it was fun picking out all the disney characters! My DH however, adamantly refused to ride it last Dec in WDW.

Oh excellent! I will probably have on some sort of lime-green or even some LGMH on our backpack. I wasn't even sure if the Wishes Dessert Party would be worth it...but it's Christmas Eve so makes for a special memory. Have you done the dessert party before?

This is a recuperating trip for me. I have wrist fusion surgery October 15th. I'm going to be out of work until the end of December so planning for this trip gives me something to look forward to. Keeps my mind focused while I mend.

Nope we've never done the dessert party before. I am really looking forward to this one. I add all kinds of silly things like that though to make it extra special since the kids chose WDW instead of Christmas gifts every year. So we have the dessert party and the Pirates Fireworks cruise on Christmas night planned for a surprise for them.

I'm starting to get worried. We have the cash to pay in full, but we're doing it bit by bit. I would love to have it out of the way and done, but that's when something would happen and we'd need that $$ now!! LOL We have until 10/27, so we're still good.
