I am offended sir!! I was not raised in PA. I was raised properly in South Jersey! I only live here because that is where my husband happens to live. If I had my way, we'd be back over the Walt Whitman.

You see, I like being able to go to one store to buy my beer and liquor and be able to get them both at 9pm on a Sunday. I also like having someone else pump my gas for me and at a cheaper price than what I pay here. Sorry, I'm a Jersey snob

OK - my DH just told me that he wanted me to stop talking about our Disney trip to him. How is that possible?!?!?!?!?!?
I think I want a divorce!

LOL I get that all the time but then 2 days of not talking about it and he brings it up. My DH is a closet Disney freak. He acts like he could care less but I know the truth. I love it when he comes home and tells me that someone he knows or did work for just came back and he is comparing notes with them. He actually told me I needed to call a woman he deals with at one of our accounts to explain DVC better to her since he thinks he missed something LOL.

Are you going to be there after the last party? On the 20th they start the Holiday Wishes, the Christmas Parade and the shows daily. Someone said that it does not snow on Main street only on Christmas Eve. I'm not sure since we are always there after the parade but we've only stayed for the fireworks on Christmas Eve.

For us since we can see all the stuff for free afterwards its not really worth it for free cookies and hot cocoa. Instead I booked an extra TS meal for the kids and Wishes Dessert party on Christmas eve. But its definatly a personal decission. Some love it, some say its a one time thing you have to do and others think its a waste of $$$ and not as good as the Halloween one.

I just looked at the WDW calendar for December. MK hours for the 29th are (8-9 Extra Magic Hours) 9am-11pm. The parade is at 3 and Wishes at 10.

Thanks for the reply, TruBlu. I should have clarified the question, though. I plan to hop from Epcot to MK after our Princess Breakfast at 11am. I'm guessing that means 1pm for MK. I know Wed is not as busy as NYEve or Xmas day, but I'm guessing it could still close to the public (reaches capacity)? Does that happen a lot the whole week or just those two extra busy days? Thanks!

Yes, it does snow on Main Street every evening. I was there during that time. It is weird to have seen the Christmas parade at the parties at night, then to see it during the day, it is like a completely different experience.

The only difference I have noticed is that there aren't any of the dance parties or the hot chocolate and cookies, but everything else is done daily until the first of the year.

Southwest let you change without fees??? Hmmm, now you might have me intrigued to look into changing my reservations

I did see others responded to this also, so you got the info...SW is the best!! We are still checking SW everyday, b/c if we find the same flight prices a day earlier/or later we will be extending our visit for another day. It honestly took me 2 mins to change my reservation online and I am not computer savy at all. Im lucky i know how to post on these boards. Good luck!

We added a day to our trip (worked out in my favor on flight prices!!!) so we are now 12/17-12/23 at SSR still! I am super excited because now we have a full day to spend at WDW on 12/18, so I added and ADR, Liberty Tavern on 12/18 at 11:30!!!

LOL----i had no idea that in NJ you don't pump your own gas. I was driving through to a business meeting in Allentown, PA a few years ago and stopped on the way back to get gas in the rental. got out, started pumping and was getting weird looks, then realized no one else was pumping their own gas. No one stopped me though. Not until I got home did I find out about that......never heard of it before, of course it is rare to even find a full service gas station in Dallas anymore. all self service. And don't get me started on my surprise about 5 years ago when we tried to go shopping on a sunday for some clothes and stuff in a little town in SC only to find out they still enforced blue laws there and we could only purchase certain things.
