His Pro (I can't remember her name) complained that it had explicit lyrics and totally went against his image. I wouldn't be surprised if the celebs had something in their contract that states they can refuse a song or a dance move if it's deemed inappropriate. We know that duck girl had big daddy there watching everything she did to make sure it was 'clean'.

I see. I didn't know who he was before DWTS. Looked him up and saw he was in his 20's - didn't know the song either.

Looking at the pictures of Derek before they got deleted I'm wondering if he'll be able to dance anymore this season.

I think Donny Osmond definitely had that kind of clause. He ended up dancing with Kym. I think he told the producers that he wouldn't be on the show if he was partnered with Edyta Slutinsky.

Evening, all! I believe that next week - along with all the excitement of the "10th Anniversary" dances/ dancers - there is to be a double elimination, also. That will take it down to four (or five?) couples left - right? Personally, I have some guesses as to which dancers will be "cut" - but it will be educational to see if I wind up being right, or not. Contrary to what many seem to believe, however - I'm enjoying having another season to watch! Even if some of the "stars" are not as strong of dancers as what the show/ producers have recruited in previous seasons. For my husband and I (in the "phase" of life that we're currently in) - most weeks, it is the single night every week that we get - without one (local) dance, or another to attend - that we look forward to spending "together" watching it!!

One of the entertainment shows, it might have been Extra, said that Sasha Farber has been rehearsing with Nastia. I think it's who Derek picked to replace himself, either temporarily or permanently. I think he wanted someone close to his height, so if he does come back, Nastia doesn't have to worry about the height difference when switching back.

Too bad, I wanted Tony.

lol...you know, Anna is who I thought of when Chris did his little hissy fit. Anna would have made him regret it pretty quickly. He doesn't know how lucky he is. Witney (the dancer) really took it hard, at least from the clip.

I'm thinking, since Derek no longer has to travel back & forth to NYC for the Rockettes show now, until his feet are healed, he will probably still choreograph Sasha & Nastia. So Sasha may still feel like a third wheel. Although, Nastia just doesn't seem like a warm & fuzzy person to me.
