And they only did 2 lifts. Everything else was on the floor. And while there were a few obvious skater crossover moves, most of it was real dancing.

It's driving me crazy! I can't watch until after the kiddoes (at least the youngest) goes to bed, so I can fully concentrate! LOL!

However, I've already voted for Meryl & Maks on Facebook, on ABC.com, my phone, & the kids' phone. And will vote on DH's phone tomorrow.

How are M & M doing? Please tell me they're doing great! And Maks is as hot as ever!

Edited to Add: From the previous posts, Maks just did their freestyle?! And it was good? Please? This is kiiiillllinnggg me!

Me too. It seemed they lost all paddles except the 9s and 10s the past few weeks. I didn't expect to see them in the finals. They couldn't give her one 9? At this point, what difference does it make?

When I first saw the rope, I thought, "Derek brought in a POLE!"

SIX lifts and then kneeling on the ground for several seconds, then dragging her across the floor on her faux toes, before several seconds twirling on the rope.

I have to give it to her... the aerial acrobatics were pretty awesome. Lord knows I couldn't do that.

Edited to add: No, I didn't like the rest of the dance. Not up to Derek's usual level.
