I think no matter what Jeff is a target, whether he uses the power or not. He's not with the 'other' group (Chima, Nat, Jessie, whoever) so if they get it they WILL come after him. Will he be MORE of a target? Probably.

If Michelle DID win HOH that could be a help to Jeff and Jordan because she'll want to take out Russell. If one of Chima's group gets it they will probably want Russell out too.

Oh who knows! I just hope Jessie's gone and Natalie cries.

I agree with this. I would not doubt him telling Jeff that it had to be Michelle who voted to keep Jessie.

I'm sure Russ thought that if Nat left, Jessie would be his BFF. Also, they could not discuss their voting choices with each other. Unless Jeff said, "I want Jessie out.", Russ did not go against him.
