I still haven't received an email confirmation. I checked on active.com and my registration is there so I guess I shouldn't worry.

Could be they realized they were causing a wave of heart attacks when people got emails that said they'd registered for Star Wars, and chose to stop sending them until they fixed the subject line

OK - I was more worried about actually getting registered than the merchandise. How do I go back now if I want to look at or purchase goodies?

The last race I signed up for was the Dumbo Double Dash, and I was able to register myself and my wife at the same time. I didn't realize they changed that, and you had to be signed in as yourself to sign up. So, I was able to sign up for the GSC right at noon, but by the time I realized I couldn't register my DW and signed in as her, GSC was already ON HOLD (about 12:04).

BUT! after refreshing for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to register her, too!

No. You won't see the pre-order stuff until you pick it up at the expo. They'll release a preview of the other merchandise closer to the race weekend.

So much pressure. I was able to sign up my daughter and myself for the 10k. This is her first Disney race and first 10k. I'm so excited to get to do this with her. Of course she runs Cross Country so she'll pass me. Mom is too slow, 12:00 mm. She will be so happy when they put that awesome bling on her neck.

Does anyone know how you go about getting the runDisney magic bands? Is that something you get with your packet, or you can buy somewhere separately?

Just early registration! There will be lots more spots for general registration.

Does anyone know which Disney hotels will have transportation to the races? I see on the runDisney site that the buses will start between 3am - 4am depending on which races you are signed up and monorail not until 5:30am. The one thing I don't see is the list of hotels that are participating with transportation.
