I tend to think that I just got off hard when it comes to Lasik. Of my friends and family who had it done I'm the only one with the issues, and the only one that wouldn't have a touch-up even if you paid me to do it.
Did the Galloway plan's 9.5 mile this weekend. First long run since the TOT Oct 5th, whoopsie. I've done 5K a few times and the short runs called for, but that wasn't enough. I was hurting! At 5.6 miles I felt like I was flying, wheee, running is fun, and before I hit 7 miles I was having to talk myself into running again after walk breaks. Didn't help that I managed to choose a very hilly route.
How was everyone else's weekend?

I was pretty surprised. He wasn't all that happy when I signed us up last spring but now he's excited to train for a full year and really do a great job in 2015. :debwalk:
Me - I am! My plan (subject to change as needed, of course), is to race the WDW Half (no stops, hopefully), race the 10K portion of the Glass Slipper Challenge (no stops), and take it very easy for the Princess Half (stopping for pics). I think that'll make for two very different races, even though they share the same course.
