Office Hours - When to Call?

Okay, I am way ahead of my game but thought I would pose this quick question(s).
When it comes time to call (60 days out) and make dining reservations, what time does the switchboard/office open to begin calling? (714-781-3463)
Also, when it comes time to call and book a Disneyland Tour (30 days out), when does that switchboard/office open to begin calling? And do I call Disneyland Reservations (714-781-4400) or do I call Disneyland Guest Relations (714-781-7290)?
I have a few months, but school will be back in session when my windows open and I am not sure when my break will or will not be during the day. Just want to line my ducks up in a row.

They start answering at 8am Pacific Time.
Tours you call the 714-781-4400 number. I highly suggest the Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour.....awesome & full of history & information about the park & Walt. You also get to step into the Club 33 lobby!!

**Also...... 60 days out or 30 days out are not always exactly 60 or 30 days.....for example: If you want to book dining for Oct 30....you would book on Aug 30 (which may or may not be 60 days) but they go by the day....if that makes sense.

Thank you DizNee Luver. It does make sense and helps just a little bit. Based on my tentative schedule I probably will not be on break at that time but can start calling during my lunch 12:35pm CT (10:35am PT)
