Just checked my dates for Sept @ Sequoia lodge and the meals free offer is on - I booked a while ago on the 40% off deal, but this offers only about £100 more for food for 2 adults for 5 nights - Is there a way of taking advantage of this offer? We are staying in a lodge - if I ring and ask to upgrade to a montana room in the main building, is it likely I'll be able to take up this offer? Cheers! x

It states for new bookings only but if you get the right person on the other end of the phone they will do it for you.

Phone the french number.

Dial.... 0844 200 90 90 then when prompted dial 00 33 1 60 30 60 53 it's 0.5p minute.

If you don't get lucky the first time - phone back and speak to someone else.

Sometimes you have to phone a few times before you get anywhere.

your check-in date isn't included in the offer, and for the Sequoia Lodge the free meals deal is on for 4 night stays only.

Unfortunatley I left it too late and the offer is no longer on our date! If we were staying 4 nights instead of 5 it's still on. Boo!

Well the offer kept coming up and going off, coming back, so anyway took a day off today so thought ideal time to ring, asked about upgrading and changing the offer but the lady said it was new bookings only. Nevermind, worth a try!

Edit: I found the availability on the website for the free meals offer was nearly always available in the morning, in the evenings not so much! So hope that helps anyone.

Personally I'd try again later - the success on getting an upgrade seems to very much depend on the person you speak to. You might find that if you speak to someone else then they'll let you. Good luck!
