Hi Everyone! New poster here but long time reader and listener to the Dis!
I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a DVC contract. I had thought about it in the past but really started researching it closely this past month to see if it made sense for me (the spreadsheet I created is a little OCD, but what can I say, I'm a planner)! So, I put an offer in earlier this morning for a 100 point BLT contract and had the offer accepted!!!!
I am excited and already planning my trip for October 2014! It'll be my first time to MNSSHP and F&W festival, which I am really excited about after hearing about it for so long!!! I'm hoping my sister and parents will join me for the fun too. (as you can see I already updated my signature, I like to think positively!!) I think I spent the last hour texting with my sister back and fourth about it!
Now I am just waiting for the contracts to sign and then off to the dreaded ROFR!
I am going through Fidelity and I've read that they can be a little on the slow side, so if anyone has any tips that I can use to make things move along swiftly I'd really appreciate it!
