Offer in my check-in packet

I'm afraid I messed up ... In my check-in packet I received last week, there was an offer to book Mod's for 30% off and Deluxe's for 35% off. Check-out was yesterday. Caught the stomach bug on the next to last full day of our trip, husband treated for bronchitis and daughter had bug as well... using that offer completely slipped my mind...now am reading on different site that was a bounce back offer? Oh no!

Are those rates only available as part of your check-in package?

A redo trip is definitely being considered... But missing those rates is making me nauseous again, but for a different reason .

Yes, they are unfortunately only offered during your current stay and need to be booked before check out

The only way to book a bounceback offer is to do it before you check out of your room. There is nothing you can do from home. Hopefully you will be able to get a public offer for your redo trip. Best of luck, and I hope everyone is feeling better.
