Ok I know it’s the really beginning stages but we put in an offer last night on a BWV contract and it was accepted this morning!!!

can’t tell you how excited and nervous I am right now!

contracts are being sent over to be signed

what comes next??
Can someone please break down the timeline for me..... please

Good luck with ROFR, that's the last hurdle, everything else is just patience
ROFR seems to be running about 2 weeks nowadays which is pretty quick.

When you look at the closing thread, you see broker and title company listed. Try to match up with who you have to guestimate your timeline. The ROFR can be up to 30 days or more if it goes another round of review.

And watch out for add-on-itis! You will be waiting that feels forever and you'll see another contract that you want to buy. I got that bad and already in ROFR on my 2nd resale. My first resale still hasn't closed yet and taking "forever" (offered 12/27/19).
