Just put an offer in on BWV 170pts, and was accepted by seller, now waiting on ROFR, it’s been a whole 6 days! Fingers crossed it makes it through this step. I have wanted to purchase for many years....dreams do come true!

FYI: The last Boardwalk The Timeshare Store, Inc.® had bought back was on 9/8/17 at $100 per point, buyer paying closing costs and buyer paying dues in 2018.
