No, I am not the buyer. There is a similar thread on another board, which I am prohibited from posting, that states this contract. I am watching very closely to see if this passes.

FYI....there is currently a contract for 400 HHI points at $29/pt. going to ROFR.....

I don't think that's particularly shocking. Another contract has cleared at $32 and this is a pretty large contract.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some 2's in the tens digit place over the next 12 months...and not just at HHI.
