Well a little more news from here in Somerset - Steve, my DP, proposed to me at midnight on New Years Eve - my birthday is New Years Day He wanted to do it at DLRP, but as some of you may know we h;ad to cancel our trip due to financial constraints - good job too as I am now almost 8 weeks pregnant as well hehe!

Havent seen the ring yet - he wants to do it properly, down on one knee, in our fave Chinese restaurant and we need to wait for him to get his tooth pulled out, or he wont be able to enjoy the crispy duck hehe. So wont really feel real until Friday 13th (bad choice of day I know hehe!)

Will proibably be Summer 07 for the wedding - give me some time to lose the baby weight and to save some money

Our fave Chinese restaurant is China & China on Station Road here in Taunton - really scrummy crispy duck and pancakes!!!

Steve - thanks for the good luck - dont think even I am mean enough to say no when he asks me a second time - I trust him completely when it comes to the ring

Thank you! Got my booking in appointment on 17th January with a dating scan shortly after hopefully! Should be sometime mid/late August!

Thanks so much for remembering Steve hehe!

I can confirm that DF Steve is now minus 1 tooth but has a nasty chest infection. Steve had TB several years ago and has scar tissue on his lungs as a result - every cold goes straight to his chest. He is being treated with very strong broad-spread anti biotics but is feeling very sorry for himself. Dont imagine it will stop us going and eating our body weight in crispy duck though hehe!
