Hi we are off the prague next week, fri 16th for the weekend, just myself, DH and my mum and dad (kid free weekend:scared1: )
any must do's from anyone who has been?:confused3

We returned from Prague last friday, what a beautiful place it is! We arrived 2 days late as the airport was closed for well over a day due to snow but we added on 2 days at the end so we weren`t cheated out of any time.
DD`s BF is living out there for a year so we had a great guide!
Wrap up warm - boy was it cold.
We ate at Klub Archetetu - in the grounds of the Bethlehem Chapel - great food and atmosphere. We had a couple of lunches at Bohemia Bagel off old Town Square.
Visiting the Jewish Quarter and seeing the childrens art from the concentration camps is a very moving experience.
A trip up to Petrin tower is great for views - though everything was closed when we visited.
Where ever you go the views and the buildings are wonderful - have a great time!

Cathedral and the Castle complex is superb. Use the tubes and the trams on a 80Kr day ticket...works a treat.
Hot chocolate and pancakes are a must!

I haven't got any tips (as I've never been), but just wanted to say - Have a fab trip :thumbsup2

Prague is a lovely city but watch out for pick pockets. You will not notice you have been robbed until they are long gone. Watch out in Tram and bus queues.
