Off to Hogwarts!!!!!!

We are so excited - off to Orlando tomorrow. Looks like the weather will be great. We are staying (my dh and I) at the Royal Pacific - Club level. First time without the kids- they both are in University. I don't think I will be able to sleep a wink tonight. This my favourite time as the excitement builds. We get into Orlando at 11: 30 am and will get some lunch by the pool and then head off to the parks. Its been a very long winter here in Ontario. Lol. We need to warm up first!!!!! Question- can we print our tickets at the hotel? I read that we take our picture for the FOTL pass right in the lobby at a kiosk. Is that true? My dh wants to soak up the sun and rest before we hit the parks. If it was up to me I would be running to Diagon Alley but it's probably smart to go later when it's less crowded.

I'm hopping with excitement right along with you. We're also in Ontario and we know just what you are talking about when you say it's been a long winter.

We fly out Wednesday morning but are staying at a Buffalo airport hotel tomorrow night. I can hardly believe the weather forecast for this week. I don't even remember what that kind of warmth feels like.

I mentioned that I chose RPR club because of your trip reports and they said they always look forward to your family's visits. Your pictures were also very helpful. My dh and I will bring the kids with us next time. We missed them.

Aww that is so lovely to hear......never been called a celebrity before........lol The staff in the lounge are exceptionally good, so friendly and helpful, we adore them and enjoy talking to them a lot.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it at RP and had such a wonderful time. I'm sure your children will love it when you take them next time.

We have a strange trip coming this year.....first year without DS. I'm kinda dreading it in one way as he's always been with us but he has University commitments, and if he came he would only be with us for 5 days before having to come home. I would have still paid the flights in a heartbeat but he said it wouldn't be any fun having to come home early....lol......suppose not, it's a long way to come for 5 days, and he thought from last year he wouldn't make it this time so he's fine about it......it's me that's not.....lol
