Off site with best shuttle service

Planning our trip this year...
family of 5. I was thinking on site but it looks like off site might offer more space (I have two older girls...NEED SPACE!!!)
However, my draw to on site are the buses!! I drive for work, I don't want to rent a car and drive for vacation. Like, at all.
What's a nice hotel (nice playground and pool too for my littles) that has suites (with two bathrooms...) and super transport? Anything? I'm not looking for buses every ten seconds or anything but something semi frequent that's easy to use

I thought shuttles at Wyndham Bonnet Creek were pretty decent. In the morning they left around every 30 minutes and in the afternoon returning it was around every hour. We had to plan our day a little more carefully to make sure we were there by a certain time for the shuttle, so not quite as convenient at the Disney buses...but still not bad. We were a group of 11 and none of us rented a car.

The down side is that we had to pay for transportation from the airport. But we split the cost of a big van for our group and it wasn't too much.
