Off-Site with adult kids & baby (9 total) rentals

Hello! It's been a long time since we've been to WDW or Universal. I used to plan them through this site. My husband & I are making plans for late January or early February 2024 (7 nights). We have 3 adult daughters, 2 son-inlaws & a baby coming with. We do not plan on doing more than a few days in the parks (either WDW or Universal/IOA - not sure yet). We want space - either a townhouse or a home to rent with 4 bedrooms. We'd like our own pool/hot tub, some restaurants & maybe golf nearby, places to walk around also. So many options, that I'm asking all of you for suggestions. Suggested websites for direct rentals would also be appreciated. Thanks!

My favorite off-site property is Paradise Palms in Four Corners. Like you, it has been several years since the last trip, so I don’t know how the property compares now with the last trip. We are scheduled to stay there again October of this year.
