It's about 3 weeks til My 5 girlfriends and I are going to Disneyland. One of them just found out she has a herniated disc in her back. She still really wants to go but there's no way she'll be able to walk the miles a day to cover the parks.
So I've been searching for info to find a place that will rent a wheelchair offsite. Has anyone done this? Did they deliver to your hotel. I've found plenty of info on ECV's but we're interested in a wheelchair to push. We want her to be able to keep up with us and have fun too. :flower3:

Thanks

I used Deckerts - you really might want to have her consider a scooter, in a chair it feels like people are always talking over your head.

We've used Deckerts and will be again next week for my mom, might have to get 2 now that DH has a stress fracture...ack! 714-542-5607. I agree with PP, go with the ECV, they are so convenient.

I would definitely look into a scooter. The wheelchair will absolutely exhaust the person pushing it (and she certainly won't be able to push it herself, with disc problems, even if she did have the upper body strength).
