Off site Vacation by the mouse

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this company for rentals. We're looking to rent for 2 weeks next year and this place has the best price, not paying 1/2 or full amount upon booking.

Also if you have any input on Solterra resort feel free to leave comments. That looks like the winner currently. We also consider Storey Lake or Champions gate. I know Solterra is a little newer so I haven't found many reviews. My father in law really wants to stay somewhere with a lazy river and I want to make sure we have enough bathrooms for 8 people. Thanks.
