off site TR???

Just wondering if it is ok to do a pre TR etc.. on staying off site or is that frowned upon? TIA

I'm a newbie myself - but I am sure it's fine! We all travel in our own ways, and I am sure that those people also planning to stay off site would LOVE to see what you are planning for your trip!

We stay offsite sometimes and I always do pre trip and post trip reports. We are staying offsite again in October and I've started a pre trip report for that. Some people prefer to stay offsite and by reading trip reports of all different kinds helps everyone make their decision.

I've seen people do TR's after they have stayed off site so I don't see why you couldn't do a PTR for a trip where you are staying offsite. It's not ALL about staying AT Disney, it's about going to DIsney in my opinion.

Go ahead and start it! People are slow to join PTR's unless they already know you from a previous TR but eventually they'll see that you are sticking around and will come to read. (I know this from experience .....lol....)

aww thanks! I should warn you though I'm not starting one just yet.. we aren't traveling until next summer and dont' have any specifics yet other than we are staying offsite lol.
