Hello :) We were last in Florida in 2019 and stayed at The Grove Resort. We loved the size of the rooms, the location and the lazy river. Our only complaint was that the floors weren't cleaned enough (socks turned black). Looking at reviews it seems that the cleanliness of the resort is now worse and not well kept :( Wondering if there are similar resorts that have kitchen, washer/dryer and one or two bedrooms/bathrooms with good location to the Disney parks? Thanks so much!

There are several excellent timeshare properties that could fit the bill, and can be rented conventionally. The Marriott World Center, Sheraton Vistana Resort, Silver Lakes, and Wyndham Bonnet Creek all come to mind.

I've stayed at Bonnet Creek several times and really like it there. Location can't be beat. It would be a first choice each trip if in budget.

I've stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort several times. I like the units and location is good. It doesn't feel as much like a resort to me, more apartment like with nice pools.

Marriott Vacation Club units ...
- I've stayed at Grande Vista twice, I'm not a fan and likely won't go back.
- I've stayed at Imperial Palms (World Center), huge unit, newly decorated, going back next month.
- I've stayed at Sabal Palms (World Center) LOVED IT, inside and out, going back in October.
- There is also Royal Palms at World Center, maybe next spring ;)
- My folks love Lakeshore Reserve but it's a bit farther.

We are fans of the Residence Inn in Lake Buena Vista. The assortment of rooms will suit most families. There's a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. You can get 1-2 bedroom combinations depending on what you need. The bedrooms are either king or two queen beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Each bedroom and living room has a tv. There's a full size refrigerator and stove. You get a very nice hot breakfast. The pool is decent. There's a laundry room but no washer and dryers in your room.

We really liked Hilton Grand Vacations SeaWorld. May give the Tuscany Village one a try (closer to WDW).
