Off-site/Premiere Vacation Homes?

We are heading to Disney in September and for the first time staying off-site at the Premiere Vacation Homes. Has anyone ever stayed there and if so, how are they? Are there washers and dryers in the homes and how far is it really from the Magic Kingdom. Thanks

I think I stayed with them the first time we went but that was back in 97.

I've never stayed on site and usually rent a house. They usually have everything you could possibly need. Although one house didn't provide wash cloths. Weird.

I've rented from private owners since that 97 trip. I find them here.
