off-site Hotel shuttles to parks???

we have friends staying at the Sierra Suites in Lake Buena Vista and will probably have to use the shuttle....does anybody have expereince with this shuttle.....or advice from any other offsite shuttle...

The shuttles at Sierra Suites run three time a day to and three times a day back. The only time that I can remember is the first time of the day, 8:30am. But this could changes by time of year. We did not use them as we had a car. By car it's only 10 to 15 minutes to any of the parks. Hope this helps.
