:)Hi

Well i've been asked if i know anywhere nice off site to eat. Got a friend planning a wedding this may at Champions gate and they are looking for somewhere for a reception type meal afterward. I only know on site dinning as we don't have a car and use dinning plan. Any ideas?

TIA:goodvibes

If they're looking for something nearby, they couldn't really go wrong with the Omni ChampionsGate - it has some fantastic dining options. We're big fans of David's Club - as the website says, it's an upscale, yet casual sports bar - but both Zen and Trevi's would be good choices, too.

I have loads of other ideas. How many in their wedding party and what's their budget? Are they looking for something typically wedding-reception-esque, or something more low-key?

They are staying at the Omni Champions gate but not sure if they were thinking of going off the resort that night. I'll pass on your recommendations and show her the pictures of the resturants though. They all look nice. Any other options nearby you would suggest she looks at? I think there will be about 14 or so going.

Well, it would help to know the type of thing they're looking for. If they're staying at the Omni, but not planning to have their reception meal there, I assume they're looking for something a bit more low-key/inexpensive?
