Off-property places to eat with colleagues

I am traveling to Orlando soon with colleagues for a conference. We likely won't be going into the parks and are working off a per diem budget from our employer. Looking for recommendations off property that are affordable and nearby the Lake Buena Vista area. We won't have a car but plan to use Uber/Lyft. It is likely we will head over to Disney Springs once----but would love to hear of some other places that you can recommend as well.
