Where is the best place to find an offproperty home for rent at a reasonable price, and is there a place to find that on this site:teacher:

We also always use VRBO dot com and have had great luck. There are tons of homes in the Orlando area... from two bedrooms up to seven bedrooms!

Good luck! :wizard:

When are you thinking of going? I just cancelled my townhoe for Dec 5th - 17th at Windsor Hills. Its one of the closest off sites resorts near Disney.

We rent from villas2go4 and stay in Highlands Reserve. It's a nice development in Davenport.

We just got back from staying in a 3 br 3 ba townhouse with splash pool in Windsor Hills. We stayed in Magic Villa 6 and it was great! The place was clean, looked just like the pics and fully stocked. We will book with them again for sure! Thier site is themagicrentals. Oh, and less than a 10 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom!

We used AllStarVacationHomesdotcom for a 7 bedroom/6bath house. It was around $3000 for the week I believe and they even give you a rental car (compact, but can apply towards an upgrade). We would rent from them again in a heartbeat and we were within 5 miles from Disney.

For the Windsor Hill condos/townhouses/and houses a good site is windsorhillsrent.com
You can put in a request and owners will email you quotes. We have stayed there twice..it is about 3 miles from Disney I believe.

We rented from floridavilla4us.com last year and had a beautiful 6 bedroom house with pool/hot tub ~ it was wonderful! We're renting a 5 bedroom from the same place in TWO weeks and can't wait!!:cool1: They've been very easy to work with and the prices seem great! Good luck!

I didnt know you could post links. Ours was www.storytimeorlandorental.com
They had some of the lowest prices and nicest decor and were some of the nicest people we ever dealt with. We always try to stay with them at least 2 weeks when we come down. My kids love it so much they usually want to stay at the house over hitting the parks! lol

We rented from Allstar Vacation Homes. You can probably find cheaper prices, but I liked renting from an agency who was well-known. On the other hand, my childrens' preschool teacher rented about the same sized house for about half what we paid, but he was a private individual and in Great Britain. It all turned out fine, but she was very worried until she finally saw the house in person.

The only thing I didn't like about Allstar was the cleaning fee, which was really high, about $150. There were a couple of extra fees thrown in there as well. These are on top of your rental fees. Otherwise, I thought they were great. The place was pretty clean and very nicely decorated. The people in the office were incredibly nice and helpful.
