Off at cozumel

For those who went on the May 27th DD cruise, what is a realistic time I can plan on stepping foot off a tender on Cozumel? We will not be on a DCL excursion and heard they get first run at the tenders. I know about the number system. What time should we be in the theater to get a number? My family wants to do the Dolphin Encounter and it starts at 10am. Would we make it or not?
