:sad2: we're planning a trip w/ 4 adults, 2infants (9mo./19mo.) & staying at PORS.. 5 nite stay...problem is, we have an extra adult coming later, staying 4 nites & don't know what to do?!? they say either 4/2 or 5/1 is the limit? has anyone had this problem before...any suggestions?

I'm sorry but I really think you'll be better off if you get two rooms. 4 adults and 2 little ones are being to be a really tight fit in PORS. And if you then add a 5th adult, well...not a good idea. I would go with two rooms. Or move over to one of the AllStars or Pop is budget is an issue, for the two rooms.

The room will not be big enough for 5 adults! They do not have roll-a-way beds either at POR.

Get another room - does anyone in your travel party have an AAA/CAA card to help lower the price?

I have to agree with goofy4tink. We have stayed there with 3 adults, 2 children, and that is about all that would comfortably fit. I cringe just thinking about how long it would take 5 adults to get ready in the morning sharing 1 bathroom! ;)

no, we don't have AAA/CAA card...the std view room has the trundle in it besides the 2 beds, but the bathroom would be an issue...

I'm about 5'8 and that trundle bed would never in a million years be comfortable for me! Some say their teenagers have slept in it and were okay.

Seriously, what are the odds of mousekeeping or someone finding out you have 7 (5 adults, 2 children) in the room? You may risk being asked to leave the resort.

that's why i'm asking these ?s...i don't want to "break mouselaws", but we've already got a sweet deal there w/ the original bunch(4/2) w/ the magic your way pkg/free dining....the outlier who just decided he wanted to go is throwing us off now, & i'm just trying to figure out what to do?!?

I agree that he should get a room at a value resort. I wouldn't even do that many in a Deluxe, which has bigger rooms!

Real easy solution. Tell the 5th adult that there are rooms available at your resort, or at one of the Values, that there is no room to stay with you. Let them get their own room. Why do they have to bunk with you???

they don't...i'd just like some options to tell him, but can just let him deal with it...any fave value resort?

Not all rooms there have the trundle bed. You would have to make sure you requested that type of room.

Right now you have 4 adults and 2 infants... and later another adult will join all of you? Is that my understanding? 2 adults in each double bed and one infant in the trundle bed... and a crib for the other infant? And you'll have another adult joining later... where is the 5th adult going to sleep?

Even with 4 adults alone, I think the 2 rooms would be better. More room and you'll get 2 tvs and 2 bathrooms! And then one infant in one room for trundle bed and the other infant at the other room for trundle bed.

well in my family we stay at port orleans alot.We have 3 adults and 3 kids we normally are very scrunched but really how much time are u in ur room?Nill to nun because ur at the park all day so u don't really need 2 rooms. That makes for a much more expensive trip. With us we stay for 6 nights and with havin one room it's still expensive i say stick with one unless u find it to cramped. :earboy2:

If you are staying there with that many people in the room you are breaking the occupancy limit. Are you doing this knowingly?
