So I decided to do the food shopping for my mom at Shop-Rite this morning to be a nice son. So after having the hardest time keeping everything in the cart since it was overflowing, I got everything rung up, paid, and bagged it all.
I take a step outside and the sky opens up and torrential rain ensues. I'm talking "God pissed off" kind of rain.
As soon as I get home with the groceries, it stops. So the few minutes it took me to load the car, it poured!
And I had no umbrella.

No good deed goes unpunished
Then I notice the hose is unhooked and anything that the vacuum "picked up" was now all over the rug.
I must really have bad luck, or maybe I should just stop doing good deeds!
(tell that to my mom or dad)
