odds purchase doesn't pass rofr

I just went under contract on 160 pt contract at ssr for $68 a pt with seller paid Maint fees in 2015 And buyer paid closing. I wanted to see what people who have purchased recently or had there contract taken if it's likely mine won't make it thru.

A 150 point passed for $68 the same day that I had a 160 for $76 taken. Both were loaded. Both had Aug use year.

The odds would vary dramatically if were stripped or loaded but I'd say there's a decent to good chance it'll pass if it's loaded and a great chance if it's stripped with in between results for a more neutral contract. The UY will make some difference as well.

More stripped than not, I'd say you have a good chance of passing. Just realizes that one of DVC's main goals with ROFR is to keep you guessing so they may take one contract and let a better one go through.

I haven't seen many sept use year contracts get ROFR'd.
