This year for last week of November - first week of December (checking in on the Saturday following Thanksgiving and Checking out the first Saturday of December to make a 7 night stay) We were able to book 6 nights at the 4-5 month window in a 1 BR - and we wait listed that last night and got it less than a month later.
From what I understand - and I take this from several
DVC owners that we have spoken to recently - that have stayed as recently as this spring - some of the Villas are beginning to really show their age prematurely - and really be in very ill repair. Mold, mildew, falling wallpaper, dirty surfaces, worn paint, worn furniture etc etc etc are all among the complaints that I have heard. After hearing all of that I kind of wanted to cancel at BWV and change to somewhere else - however we really wanted to try BWV - and hopefully repair issues won't surface in our room - and hopefully it will be as awesome as our other DVC vacations have been!
Any BWV owners wish to dispute the stories I have heard?? PLEASE DO!
