What are the chances of being able to eat lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe on a Saturday in October without an ADR? Not really sure of our plans for this Saturday...sorta winging it, but DHS might be where we end up? What are my odds?

I don't know how busy they are in October, however we had lunch there a couple of weeks ago and it was packed!!

You are talking Free dining time, and most ts are going to be packed, also many there for food and wine.

October is not free dining. Free dining ends Sept 20, even if you extend it the max of 14 days that's Oct 4th.

To the OP, I would just make an ADR and cancel whenever you have firmer plans.

If you go there for lunch and don't mind eating early if you arrive right at opening time which is 11:00 you stand a very good chance of getting a table. Other times will be iffy at best.

:lmao:

This place is pretty popular because of the interaction and theme. Please make an ADR. And cancel ahead of time if plans change.

I got in for dinner with no reservation during spring break, the week of Easter. So nothing is impossible.

It is recommended that you make reservations, but I remember once we went there (without a ressie) and asked if they could seat us (5 of us) and I guess there was a No-show, so we were seated within 15 minutes and had a wonderful dinner. The DGDs princess: princess: loved the fun atmosphere. :yay:

I read in someone's trip report recently, that you can go in and be seated at the bar and order from the regular menu. I don't think this would work if you have kids with you. ;) It also seemed like a very good choice to me, if you didn't want the antics with your meal, but like the food.

Not true I am getting there on the 25th and my original reservation was for 10 nights.

I do not not think you will be able to get in the Prime Time 50's without an ADR. I would call to get an ADR, good luck:)
