And that is why I book the room category/view I really want and don't put false hope in an upgrade.

I think it's great that some of you have gotten them though

3 upgrades from standard room to preferred room. Oddly enough it was once at AS Movies, once at AS Music and once at AS Sports. Didn't ask for any of them. All were for stays of at least a week.

10+ times and 0 upgrades. I have always booked what I wanted and got what I booked. It sometimes gets hard reading on here how may people have gotten upgrades multiple times when you haven't had any upgrades.

1 downgrade from waterview to standard...again at CSR.
