Odds of a waitlist coming through?

Hi, just wanted to know what the odds are for actually getting a waitlist request? How often do they come through? Thanks!

We have only had 1 out of about 12 that has not come through. That was for a Std View BWV room for Nov a few years back. A lot depends on where and when you are wait listed.

I was waitlisted back in May for 12/17-12/26 at the VWL (we already had SSR booked) Within a week all my nights came through for a studio...I believe if you hang in there you'll get some pixiedust!

Im waitlisted for Sept 16-19 and Sept 21-23
and a few dates in Dec

I think it depends alot on what Hotel you are waiting for. We waitlisted last year for 10/31-11/15 at BWV the only night we didn't get was the 8th. We had to move out and go to OKW for 1 night. Good Luck.

After several unfruitful attempts at waitlisting BWV for the beginning of December, I finally went out and purchased points there so I could have the 11 month advantage. I am, therefore, not a fan of the waitlists, lol.

Yeah, unless my hubby decides he absolutely loves SSR I can see us doing the same thing for BCV down the road.
