Odds of a new ticket discount for summer 2018?

Coming up on a year since last year’s discounts were announced, and coming up on my 60 day window for FPs, so I need to buy tickets . Any rumors or guesses?

I would put it at near zero. Crowds are way up, they just opened TSL and they will be hyping the next opens.

Buy the cheapest tickets (for the number of days you need FPs) from undercover tourist or the like, and then upgrade at gate if discounts come up between now and then.

Plus many folks are still sitting on unused vouchers from the last promotion. I just activated mine in June (last month). I think the promotion vouchers have to be activated by the end of 2018. So the promotion is still active until the end of 2018 if you purchased the voucher before it ended (was it January 2018 or the end of December 2017). They generally don’t start a new promotion while this one is still ongoing. This is only for AP. As for the multi day tickets, I don’t follow that info.

Fair point- that deal expired before I knew we'd be coming back. But I still have some hope!

Unsure what the latest procedures are... wouldn't hurt to ask if they would bridge your ticket to current gate price. Seems like they change the policies monthly lol.
