Just want to tie up a few planning things before we leave... now less than 2 weeks away...

What are the 3 different dining rotations, and when are the specific theme nights (tropical, formal, semi formal - etc etc.) on the western ittn.?

I have a few other questions and will post them as I am going threw everything.....

Pretty generally the formal night is the first Sea Day and the Semi-formal night(Captain's Gala) is the last Sea Day.

I believe the dining rotations are APL, PLA and LAP with the letters standing for Animator's Palate, Parrot Cay and Lumieres.

The three restaurants usually have their rotational dining menus (specific to each restaurant) on the first 3 nights, then have the theme nights

From the Navigators on http://www.dcltribute.com/navigators/west_carib/daily.htm it looks like the Western in June had the following themes
Sat, Sun, Mon - Rotational menus
Tues - Around the World
Wed - Mexicali (now Pirate night I believe)
Thurs - Captain's Gala
Fri - Best Of

On on the non formal nights..... How strict are they with dress code in the dining room, specially with men?

We have late seating and if we are wearing shorts/jeans we do not want to have to leave the show, change, then go to dinner!!!

How much time is there between the show and dinner?

Generally about an hour or so between the show and dinner. Lots of people go to Sessions or Studio Sea for the family Cabaret shows.

We had late seating and just dressed before the shows and then went to the shows and strolled around the deck or had pictures taken before dinner.

Yes, kaki pants would be okay. They just do not wnt any jeans or shorts in the dinning rooms.

Like CM-Mom stated you have plenty of time to change between shows and dinner. But the lines for pictures tend to be long so if you are planning to take pictures I would go to the show dressed for dinner.
