Odd sprinkle of pixie dust today...

I am in a bit of a funk today. Had my gallbladder not gone bad on me, I would be at WDW right now with Corey. For some reason, I was just not meant to be there. I can honestly say that I feel much better now than I did before my surgery and I couldn't imagine being in that kind of pain and even attempting to enjoy WDW, especially all of the rich foods at the F&W Fest, but still, I am missing pixie dust.

So after an errand run to the bank during my lunch hour, I was oddly blessed to hear a couple of songs that were from Disney movies on the radio and I heard an add for Disney's GA room resident rates. Once I got back upstairs at work, I found of all odd things a DVC "Disney's Best Kept Secret" sticker with Chip & Dale on it lying on the floor in our lobby area.

I don't know if the universe is trying to tell me that it's ok that I am not at WDW right now, if I should make the leap and buy DVC, or what.

I guess it's kind of like the morning of 9-11-01. I thanked God for letting me see the little wonders that morning before the day went bad. I guess I am supposed to be happy with the smiles that have come to me today from Disney even though I am not there.

Just thought I would share. On a great note.....only 74 days until WDW!

That is an odd sprinkling of pixie dust, but a welcome one I would say. Glad to hear you have another trip planned.

And as far as random pixie incidents are concerned, everytime we were watching the season opener of Dancing with the Stars, my DP and I would be FFW (we have a DVR) through the commercials, I kept seeing the dancing Mickey balloons, I'm thinking they're telling me I'm meant to go back again someday. LOL.

I kept seeing the dancing Mickey balloons, I'm thinking they're telling me I'm meant to go back again someday. LOL.

Those dancing mickey balloons are getting me too.........celebrate!!!! anything!! LOL.........last night I told dh, see we should be going, the mickey balloons say so!!!! LOL

Thanks so much for the offer, but I only collect event pins for events that we actually attend, unless there is some design that just completely "wows" me. None of the F&W Fest pins really wow me this year, but I do appreciate the offer. Thanks for being such a sweetie.
