Odd rider swap question

If there are 4 adults and 5 kids, one is an infant, can 2 adults ride with kids while the other 2 wait with the baby and both waiting adults get rider swap passes? That way all 4 riding kids can ride again or will they only give one pass that both adults have to use.

Last time we did child swap, the pass was good for the adults swapping but the kids could go to (up to 6 I believe the rider swap pass said). Granted it has been awhile so that might not be how it works now.

I believe the rider swap is good for 3-4 people.

One pass for one infant. If the issue is which kids get to ride twice, just have them each ride once. Some kids can wait with the baby.

One baby = one rider switch pass. One pass is good for 3 people.
