We are renting a scooter for Granny this trip
Walker Scooter standard size, with a canopy
Does anyone know the measurements of the canopy?
With height, and length?

No, but you can call or e-mail Walker for the information. But are you sure a canopy is a better idea that a wide-brimmed hat? I have to go to work, but maybe somebody else can expand on the potential drawbacks of the canopies.

With a canopy it really reduces the vision of the driver to the rear. You can't see where you are backing and you can't see people coming up behind you. It also really gets in the way of those around you to be able to see around or over you. If you are using the buses, drivers have voiced that they have a hard time with the canopys too. It gets in the way when trying to tie the scooter down and is sometimes too tall when boarding the bus when a lift is involved. I agree that a good hat might be a better option than a canopy.

you have to back into place for many shows (American Adventure for one), and you must back onto the bus lifts and back into place for the spots on the bus many times. You also have to back out of those spots in very tight quarters fairly quickly.

If you use wheelchair seating for parades or shows like Illuminations you will have to take the canopy down, because it will block the view of those behind you.

You can call walker and ask for the dimensions of the shade, but it sounds like you will spend more time taking it on and off than anything, and my understanding is that it is difficult for it to come on and off....
