Odd Characters...

My daughter wants to meet Mother Gothel and Aurora's Fairies.

I am pretty sure there is no where to meet Mother Gothel. I don't remember her being at MNSSHP I kind of figured if she was going to be somewhere it would be there. I am asking just in case.

I know the fairies are in Festival of Fantasy right before Maleficent with Phillip, but is there a place (meet and greet or meal...) to actually get to meet them?

They are not meetable.

Not meetable. They may come out on a rare special event at some point but definitely not something you can do regularly.

I would imagine if you pay for the new $12,000 tour they introduce that both could be arranged.....other than that, I don't think either are at Disney Word. Disneyland does get the fairies from time to time, just have to luck out as I don't remember where or when I saw them aside from long lost friends week a few years ago, but I know I have seen them since.

I’ve seen pictures of the fairies from time to time meeting in DL or foreign parks never seen them meet in WDW even at races when rare characters are out....as for Gothal I’ve only seen pictures of her in shows/parades

I think the DL greet was part of a "Long Lost Friends" special event. It's very rare.

Actually the one I saw was from a Disney After Dark event vlog also rare

And why are Panchito or José Carioca never at the Mexico meet and greet? Only ever Donald now. I don’t get it. There are way to many cast members at the front gates just there waiting to assist people. Let’s put some of them into costumes, and just have them walk around for kids to meet.

It’s only ever been Donald .... Jose was at one point in a dance party/street performance thing in Animal Kingdom both him and Panchito are a part of move it shake it mousekadanceit and sometimes pop up for RunDisney

Nope. On our first trip in 2007, it was Donald and José. We got pictures with them together. I believe he was still there the next year we went back too.
