Hi, just a quick post from work… so my hubby cannot take any full week in September so we are thinking of going in October to see Halloween first time and I look for some advice please,

what would you choose going 12-16 Oct for nearly £200 more (for hotel & Eurostar) or going next week 19-23 cheaper? But The problem is that looking at the French school holidays everyone is off then

Reprise des cours : lundi 3 novembre 2014

Anyone been last year this time around? We especially wants to go Sun-Thursday to avoid weekends crowds, I don’t worry about Sunday as its only half day after Eurostar and its always quiet day for us anyway…

Wow - £200 more?? Is that the eurostar bumping the price up or hotel? I ask because we've booked 13th - 17th via the Disneyland Paris official site and it was the same price for the following week! (Granted, this was in the 2 days 2 nights free offer in Jan).

We went last year 23rd - 28th October and it was busy as French, Spanish and UK schools were on hols I believe!

If I could have gone a week earlier and taken DD out of school for a week then I would have!

its a little bit on both... I have checked lots of diffident days combination and only 19-23 is cheaper but then I checked holidays in France and I dont want to go then really...

when Halloween season officially started last year on the 1st?

We are going 12th, most of Scottish schools off that week. Last time was 2010 and it was nice and quiet. Are you looking at eurostar separately or with dlp?

Op, Your dates are the dates I'm looking to go this year, I work in a school and can't take the kids out so we're stuck to maximum crowds unfortunately.

separately... dont know what to do now as dont want to go during school holidays (will leave it till little one will be at school)

was thinking maybe 28.09-2.10 but just found that Halloween started on the 5th last year, so if we cannot go at the beginning of September I'd like to go during Halloween I think...

we decide to go for 12-16 so we can all be there

now just waiting for my hubby work to confirm he can take AL then, hopefully they will do it tomorrow as you can see no one else requested this week so dont know why they didnt confirm it today yet... I just hope prices wont go up...
