October Weather?

Hi everyone,

We had to postpone our trip from this upcoming Friday to sometime in October... and I was just wondering about the weather during the first couple weeks of that month. I'm sure it's still mostly sunny and warm, but what about the beaches? Would it be too cold to swim? Just wanted some general thoughts/opinions....

October is warm during the day and cools off a lot at night. The water will initially feel pretty cool, but it'll feel warmer as you get used to it.
