October Scooter Rental

My dad is going with us to our October trip and he is having double knee replacement in November. Where's the best place for him to rent the scooter, and how does he navigate the lines?

We rent from Buena Vista Scooters but I know Apple and Walker are also quite popular. He will drive the scooter through most of the lines. When there are stairs in the line, they will let him know how to get to an alternate loading area .
