October in WDW/Universal

Me and my wife (both age 30), are going from Norway to Orlando this october for the very first time, and we wonder:
1. Is October a good time to go, considering ques, weather etc.
2. Has anyone suggestions of an good, not too expensive (60-90$) Hotel on International Drive?
3. What is a MUST to see at Seaworld, Magic Kingdom and Universal?

...any other tip for 'first time travellers' like us are beeing appriciated.

I have visited WDW in late October four times. The weather is very nice at that time of year. It is warm (mid 70s to low 80s), but usually not humid. The crowds are tolerable. During my October visits the lines are not too long.
