October Hours??

Just started to get ready to book our dining reservations for our late-October trip----and noticed the posted hours are different from years past? EMH nights are different (example MK is on a Wed night?) and the EMH hours are less in the evening (2hrs rather than 3hrs)?

I'll admit that I haven't been on here as much recently, so is there something I missed? There are also not a whole lot of late nights at MK--which I understand some of it is due to the MNSSHP--but I would still think there should be a couple more later nights available?

I know that sometimes the schedule will be tweeked closer to the timeframe, but there are some real differences with these hours. Any idea why?

That's why I dropped the "sometimes."
The early-posted schedule is always (every single month) tweaked (extended) by Disney.
That happens sometime between 60 and 15 days before the actual date, and can happen more than once.

PM EMH has been reduced to 2 hours since about 5 years ago.
It is never 3 hours anymore.

The October EMH schedule is different than years past. It is what it is.
As Robo said evening EMH has been reduced to 2 hours for quite some time. MNSSHP is 3 to 4 nights per week depending on your week and therefore they will not add "late nights" to the schedule.
The hours will change as it gets closer, but the party schedule will not change. EMH days are not likely to change either
