October group reservation - please read!! - UPDATE

As many of you know, I have arranged for a group reservation for the 24th of October through the 1st of November.

Premium Site
$58.00 plus tax per night
You can book a few days ahead of that and a few days after that at the group rate.

I have been trying to work the reservation by sending out PMs to folks with "invitations" and many folks I've sent "invitations" to have not responded.

So here is the scoop!!!

I currently have 9 sites left.

I am recalling the invitations and am going to first booked, first served.

IF you already have the group reservation number, if you haven't booked yet, please book ASAP and send me a private message or email, or on Facebook, or by phone message that you have booked and what dates you have booked!!!

If you need the group reservation # and phone #, AND ARE READY TO BOOK, contact me by any of the above methods, and I will get the numbers to you ASAP.

I will keep this post bumped and updated as to how many sites are left!!!

(FYI, if you are not going to be there Halloween weekend (checking out by the 28th, I have more than 9 sites left, so contact me ahead of time to see how many sites I have for each night).

Also, if anyone cancels, please let me know!!!!!

I already have reservations for the 26th-nov.1st that I booked last year for this year, but I am paying like $78 a night, you think maybe they'd let me change it to your group rate?

I called yesterday and got my new reservation with the group & then today cancelled my old reservation after I had the written confirmation in hand. Savings of $16/night which is wonderful! Plus, it will open up a spot for someone else.

Just an update. (I updated on the main board). With the requests from these current posts. I think I'm full now, but am too busy to check. So all new requests are on hold till the 24th of this month. I'll call my Disney rep then and see where we are at.

If I've given you the group # and phone # feel free to book and send me a PM with your dates. I have time to update that, but don't have time to spend 45 minutes on the phone with my Disney reservations rep.

I spoke to someone else who would like to join the group. Let me know if there are any sites left for the weekend. I never did get ahold of the person Richie had spoken to, so they never booked. Just let me know when you do the update.

I'm getting close to full and have a few of the actual "group" that have said they will reserve, but haven't yet, so I'm waiting to hear back from them. (I'd rather regulars have first dibs, if you know what I mean!!)
